Where We Deliver?
We currently ship across India.
Shipping availability may depend on delivery partner coverage.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and may vary based on:
- Delivery location
- Weight and size of the order
- Courier partner surcharges (if applicable)
Please note:
- All shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where:
- The product received was damaged
- An incorrect product was delivered
- In such cases, TéSoul will bear the return or replacement shipping cost.
Dispatch & Delivery Timelines
Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 working days, depending on your location.
Delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Logistics disruptions
- Remote delivery zones
- Public holidays or unforeseen events
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays caused by courier partners or external factors are beyond our control, and shipping charges cannot be refunded.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.
If tracking shows the order as “Delivered”, TéSoul is not liable for claims of non-receipt. We will assist with courier investigation, but refunds are not guaranteed unless verified by the courier.

To ensure smooth delivery, please enter accurate and complete address details.

- Unreachable phone numbers
- Customer unavailability at the time of delivery

Refused Delivery
If a customer refuses delivery without a valid reason (e.g., damaged or incorrect product), the order will be marked as fulfilled, and:
- Shipping charges will not be refunded
- Re-delivery (if requested) will require new shipping charges
Remote Location Surcharges
Deliveries to remote or difficult-to-access locations may attract additional courier surcharges.

Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
